Shipping and Processing
All pieces are hand-made with love, so please allow 5-7 days for us to process your order before shipping.
Returns and Exchanges
We want each of your pieces to be absolutely perfect for you!
If you find you are not satisfied with your order, please contact hello.feeshthelabel@gmail.com within 3 business days of receiving your order and provide an explanation of why you need to return or exchange the piece.
Once you have received official email confirmation for return or exchange, pieces must be shipped back in original packaging within 7 business days of receiving order.
Customer is responsible for return shipping.
Pieces sent back to us without email confirmation will not be accepted.
Damaged or Defective Pieces
Please inspect your pieces upon reception and contact hello.feeshthelabel@gmail.com immediately with a photo of any defective, damaged or wrong items. We will do everything we can to make it right!
Repair Policy
If a piece breaks within 15 days, please contact hello.feeshthelabel@gmail.com with photo of the broken item. Please hold on to all broken pieces (as much as possible) so we can assess the piece for repairs.
